Do you offer wholesale?

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my items?

We make all your pieces just for you.  Due to this, we are unable to accept returns.  All sales ar final.   Find all the details on how you can make a return here.

 

ORDERS + SHIPPING

Can I pick up my order?

We offer local pick up at our Edmonton WORKROOM location.  When checking out, you will find the pick up option during checkout.  Once we receive your order, we will email you to coordinate a pick up.  Our processing and turnaround time is 2-3 weeks.  

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

We do our best to get your items out as quickly as possible by offering a range of ready to ship and made to order pieces.  It can take 4-6 weeks for orders to ship depending on what is available and what needs to be made.  If you require something sooner than our 2 week turnaround, send us an email and we will do what we can to help.

I need to change or cancel my order, how do I do this?

We can't promise that all changes or cancellation can be made to your order once it has been placed, but you are welcome to submit your requests to hello@ministreetkidswear.com.  We will do what we can to help. 

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

We strive hard to provide  the best quality in everything we create.  Should you find a defect in anything you receive, don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@ministreetkidswear.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can make things right.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How do I know what size to order for my kids?

Refer to the size chart found here where you can compare your MINIs weight and height.  If their weight and height falls between two different sizes, choose the larger of the size.  The only exception to this is swimwear, where you will select the smaller of the two sizes.

Where do I find your size chart?

We offer size charts for all of our clothing, which are helpful when deciding on the right size to purchase. Click below to view our size charts.

What if you sell out? 

We do our best to stock as much as possible for each of our pieces, but it is possible that we can sell out of your favorite items.  We will do our best to restock however understand that not all pieces will be restockable.  But don’t fret, we will always have more great new pieces on the way!

Where are my items made?

All items are made locally here in Canada in our own facility The WORKROOM, where we cut, sew, finish and package all of your pieces.  We are lucky to have access to exceptional fabrics and use industrial grade equipment to produce all the pieces you see in our collections.

How do I take care of my items?

We only use the best fabrics in each of the items we make.  While most of our items are safe for cold water machine wash and hanging to dry.  We suggest that you check the individual tag inside your pieces to be sure there is nothing special needed to keep your pieces looking great.

One more thing, to keep swimsuits looking their best, we only recommend hand washing and hanging to dry to keep them in tip top shape. 

Can I make custom requests?

While we appreciate and have tremendous joy in creating many unique pieces in our collection, modifications and special requests to these items reduces the efficiency in our production process.  Which in turn takes away from our ability to provide you exceptional value for the pieces we create, we are sorry to have to say no.
